By accessing and placing orders on this website (sssnb.in), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. This website is operated by Shree Shyam Sudhama Nishan Bhandar, registered in Reengus, Sikar, Rajasthan, India.

2. Products

  • Product images are representative. Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.
  • We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and pricing.
  • Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
  • Custom order products are non-returnable unless defective.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST.
  • Payment is processed securely through Razorpay payment gateway.
  • Accepted methods: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, COD.
  • COD orders require 50% advance for orders above ₹5,000.
  • Bulk orders: 50% advance payment, balance before/on delivery.
  • Custom orders: 100% advance payment required.

4. Orders

  • Orders are confirmed upon successful payment verification.
  • Order confirmation is sent via email and WhatsApp.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, payment failures, or suspicious activity.
  • Cancellation before shipping: Full refund within 5-7 business days.
