Data Protection Policy (DPDP Act, 2023)

We collect only what commerce requires: phone (identity & delivery), delivery address, optional email, order history, and — if you ask for a GST invoice — your GSTIN. Data is stored in India.

Purpose limitation: your data is used to fulfil and support your orders and, only with your explicit opt-in, for marketing. Every marketing message carries one-tap opt-out. Transactional messages (OTP, order updates) are part of the service.

Your rights: request a copy (export) or deletion (erasure) of your data anytime from your account or via grievance@sssnb.in. Requests are honoured promptly and logged. We retain invoice/tax records for the period required by law (e.g. GST: up to 7 years) even after account deletion.
