Standard items: 7-day return window from delivery for unused items in original condition. Genuine defects: replacement or full refund including shipping — report with photos within 48 hours for fastest resolution.

Custom items: returns for defects only. Consumable pooja items (agarbatti, kapoor): sealed-pack returns only.

Refunds initiate within 24 hours of approval — to your original payment method (prepaid) or bank/UPI transfer or store credit (COD, your choice). Provider completion typically 3–7 business days.
